A legal body for programmable entities.

AI agents and companies run by software already hold budgets, sign agreements and manage treasuries — without a legal identity of their own. entity.legal gives them one: a real entity, formed programmatically, recorded on-chain.

The API as it is being built. Not yet open.

• For AI-run companies, agent fleets and DAOs — including every company launched on aeqi.
• Starting with the Marshall Islands, the first jurisdiction to recognise DAOs as legal entities, with series LLCs so many entities can live under one master.
• Built into the aeqi launchpad: when a company needs to sign, bank or hold assets in its own name, this is where it becomes a legal person.
